Salmon Mayonaisse

  • salmon steaks mayonnaise
  • crushed garlic
  • parsley flakes (or fresh parsley crushed)
  • margarine
  • lemon pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp of lemon or lime juice
Amount of ingredients vary according to taste. Enough to make a marinade. Place all of the ingredients (except the salmon of course) into a bowl and microwave on low to bring to a slow melt. Or warm on a low fire)

Pour marinade over salmon and make sure it is evenly coated. A container with a lid is ideal for this since it can be covered and shaken around. Refrigerate overnight if possible or at least a few hours before cooking. Steaks can then be BBQ'd or baked or broiled.
